Standard Delivery
- No charge for orders of $300 or more
- For orders from $100 to $299 a fee of $20 will be charged.
- For orders up to $99 a fee of $15 will be charged.
Domestic orders are typically delivered 1 -2 days from despatch depending on your location. Some areas, e.g. WA and locations outside of metropolitan areas may take a little longer. Once your order has been packed you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery, online.
NOTE: All packages sent to you will require an authorised signature on delivery.
International Shipping
- No charge for orders of $800 or more
- For deliveries under $800 a fee of $60 will be charged.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and are typically delivered 2 -10 days from despatch depending on your location. Once your order has been packed you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery, online.

In the event that you decide NOT to accept delivery of the items (for any reason), all costs associated with the items being returned to us will be deducted prior to calculating the refund amount.
Shipping - Delivery and Returns
In the event that an order from ‘Anna Thomas’ to you, the customer, is not delivered due to a fault of the shipping company, we will either replace the item or refund the amount you paid to us.
All deliveries require an authorised signature. In the event that you make alternate arrangements with the shipping company, this will be completely at your risk and in the event the order is not delivered, we will not replace or refund the item.
