Returns Policy for Online Purchases
Outlined below are the conditions for returning items purchased through the Anna Thomas online store. At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for online purchases at our boutique stores.
Please note: Other than where required by law, for hygiene reasons, Face Masks are unable to be returned.
Change of Mind
If within 7 days of receiving your delivery you change your mind for any reason, we will offer you a refund or exchange, your choice. The refund is excluding delivery charges (if charged separately in your original order)
Conditions of Return/Exchange
Items can be returned subject to the following conditions;
- You must contact us within 7 days of the first attempted delivery to request a return.This can be either via phone on +61 3 9421 8981 or email email@example.com. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday AEDT
- Shortly after contacting us you will receive a Return Authorisation form, which must be completed and packed with the items being returned.
- Goods must be sent via a delivery service of your choice within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorisation together with a copy of your original invoice. We strongly recommend that you choose a carrier that allows you to track and insure the items against damage or loss (refer to following section “Returns – Delivery and Shipping”). Goods must be packed securely and appropriately so that they are not damaged in transit. Anna Thomas are not liable for any failure or loss by your delivery service.
- When received, all goods will be inspected to ensure they meet all criteria for exchange or refund.They must be returned in their original, unworn unaltered condition with all original tags attached.They must include any original packaging, including any shoe boxes or dust bags as appropriate.
- Once we have inspected your returned item(s) you will receive an email advising you that your refund will be processed. Please note, financial institutions can take up to 5 days to refund the money to your account, once processed by us.
Returns – Delivery and Shipping
In the event that an order from ‘Anna Thomas’ to you, the customer, is not delivered due to a fault of the shipping company, we will either replace the item or refund the amount you paid to us.
All deliveries require a signature. In the event that you make alternate arrangements with the shipping company, this will be completely at your risk and in the event the order is not delivered, we will not replace or refund the item.
In the event that a return from you to us is not received by us, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the loss. We strongly recommend that are returns are sent back to us via a trackable and insurable shipping service.
